Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on June 2, 2025, Town Council approved the following:

Development Agreement Application by RM Architects Inc to permit a 5-storey, multi-unit, residential apartment building comprised of 64 residential units on lands of 201 Kaulback Street (PID No. 20475240).

Details of these applications are available at the Planning and Development Office, 695 Prince Street, 2nd floor, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at www.truro.ca/current-development- applications.html

This decision is appealable to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board within fourteen days of the date of this notice.
