A zoning confirmation letter may be requested when a property is being purchased or sold. It provides property information to the mortgage company, realtor, or buyer regarding the property's permitted land uses and zoning.  

Please complete the application form below and submit payment. There is a $25.00 fee to process the application. Payment can be made online (via credit card) or at Town Hall via cash, debit or cheque. Credit card payments are NOT accepted at Town Hall. 

PLEASE NOTE: applications will not be processed without payment.
