Water Permits
Our ¾” water lateral permits are $5,000 if the lateral runs on the same side of the street as your property and $6,000 if it runs on the opposite side of the street as your property.
Sewer Permits
Our 4” sanitary and storm lateral permits are $5,000 if there is no sidewalk in front of your property and $6,500 if there is a sidewalk in front of your property.
Surcharge
From November 30 – May 1, there is a $1,500 winter surcharge added to all water and sewer permits.
