Fares/Arkham Developments Limited to amend an existing Development Agreement (PID Nos. 20486288, 20196804, 20486270 and 20335337 to convert vacant ground-floor commercial space in an existing mixed-use building at 219 Queen Street (PID No. 20486288) into two (2) residential dwelling units.
