Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on November 3, 2025, Town Council approved the following applications:
245 Robie Street - Development Agreement Application by Tier Too Properties to amend an existing development agreement to permit the construction of a 4th pad site in the mall's existing parking lot, in the southeast corner, with a 148.6 m2 (1,600 ft2) footprint on lands of 245 Robie Street (PID No. 20148045).
730 Young Street - Development Agreement Application by Akwaaba Developments Inc. to permit a Multi-unit residential development consisting of 287 dwelling units split between 19 buildings, including 2-storey townhouses, and 5-storey multi-unit buildings on lands at 730 Young Street (PID no. 20483244, 20483251, 20482998).

This decision is appealable to the Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board within fourteen days of the date of this notice.
