Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on February 2, 2026, Town Council approved the following application:

Development Agreement Application by Factory 58 Holdings Incorporated to permit a mixed-use development proposal consisting of a five-storey building with 35 dwelling units, street-level commercial space, rooftop amenity space, and a parking area for 21 vehicles with access off Havelock Street on lands of 67 Inglis Place (PID NO. 20195442).

This decision is appealable to the Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board within fourteen days of the date of this notice.
