Pursuant to Section 169(2c) of the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on April 7, 2025, Town Council approved the following:

The purpose of the amendment is to establish requirements for Construction Site Management and remove the requirement for Occupancy Deposits.
Details are available at the Planning and Development Office, 695 Prince Street, 2nd floor, Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
