The Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board (UARB) will hold a public hearing regarding an appeal of Town Council’s decision to refuse a development agreement for a proposed 155-unit residential development on or near Lower Truro Road.
When: January 26, 2027, at 9:30 a.m., continuing January 27 and 28 if required
Evening session: January 26 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Town of Truro Council Chambers, 695 Prince Street
