Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement application:
Development Agreement Application by W M Fares Architects on behalf of Andrew Rodgers to permit a residential development on lands located at 15 Salter Avenue (PID 20242541), 110 Wynn Road (PID 20440293), 114 Wynn Road (PID 20440301), 448 Lower Truro Road (PID 20240255), and 450 Lower Truro Road (PID 20240263).
The proposed development consists of 155 dwelling units, including:

One 3-storey, 12-unit apartment building;

One 5-storey, 42-unit apartment building;
-
One 10-storey, 95-unit apartment building; and
-
One 6-unit stacked townhouse building.
A total of 178 parking spaces are proposed as part of the development.
This public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than September 10, 2026.
