Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement application:
155 Arthur Street - Development Agreement Application by Tidal Veterinary Services Inc to permit a cat only Verterinary Cat Clinic at 155 Arthur Street (PID No.20180139).
This public hearing will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than September 30, 2025.
