Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement application:
Development Agreement Application by RM Architects Inc to permit a 5-storey, multi-unit, residential apartment building comprised of 64 residential units on lands of 201 Kaulback Street (PID No. 20475240).
This public hearing will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than May 27, 2025.
