Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement application:
Development Agreement Application by W.M. Fares/Arkham Developments Limited to amend an existing Development Agreement (PID Nos. 20486288, 20196804, 20486270 and 20335337 to convert vacant ground-floor commercial space in an existing mixed-use building at 219 Queen Street (PID No. 20486288) into two (2) residential dwelling units.
This public hearing will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than April 28, 2026.
