Development Agreement Application by Lennox Developments Ltd. to permit a 4-storey building containing 44 residential dwelling units on the lands of 373 Robie Street (PID No. 20147070).
This public hearing will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than January 6, 2026.
