Take notice that Town Council will hold two public hearings to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement applications:
Development Agreement Application by 4378018 Nova Scotia Limited to permit a 218-unit residential development, consisting of 23 townhouse dwellings in four structures together with three, six-storey multi-unit buildings each containing 65 residential dwelling units on lands of 656 Young Street (PID Nos. 20173753 and 20220000).
Development Agreement Application by ZZAP Consulting on behalf of Lanshaw Construction to permit a 5-storey multi-unit residential development consisting of 42 dwelling units and two levels of parking within a structure at 149 Kaulback Street (PID No. 20166567)
These public hearings will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026 in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearings, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than October 27, 2026.
