MUNICIPAL PLANNING STRATEGY AND LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENTS
 

Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following:

The purpose of the proposed amendments is to correct typographical errors, formatting errors, and omissions.  These amendments are not substantive in nature and are intended to ensure that the Town's Planning Documents clearly and effectively communicate Council Land use policies and regulations.

This public hearing will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.

At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than March 31, 2025. 

Details concerning these applications are available at the Planning and Development Office, 695 Prince Street, 2nd floor, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or at Current Development Applications.
