W M Fares Architects/Andrew Rodgers will be hosting a Public Information Session/Open House to present and discuss the proposed development agreement application at 15 Salter Ave (PID No. 20242541), 110 Wynn Rd (PID No. 20440293), 114 Wynn Rd (PID No.20440301), 448 Lower Truro Rd (PID No. 20240255) and 450 Lower Truro Rd (PID No. 20240263) to permit a multi-unit residential development consisting of 155 units in 4 buildings (a 3-storey 12-unit building, a 7-storey 56-unit building, and a 9-storey 84 unit building, and a townhouse building with 3 units) with 22 surface parking spaces and two levels of underground parking with 178 spaces.
The event will be held on the 3rd floor in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 695 Prince Street. The developer’s planning consultants will lead an information session to share details about the project and gather feedback from the community.
Planning and Development staff will also be available to answer questions and receive comments from attendees.
