A Special Planning Advisory Committee Meeting has been scheduled to discuss amendments to the Town's Community Plan (Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law) that will affect properties on Prince Street (Civic Nos. 187–344), Juniper Street (Civic Nos. 60, 70, and 55), and Clyke Street.
The amendments involve rezoning and redesignating lands at the western end of Prince Street from the Regional Service (RS) Zone and Policy Area Designation to the Urban Corridor (UC) Zone and Policy Area Designation.
