Adult Yoga

Aqua Yoga: Breathe, stretch and move as you are guided through various yoga poses. No experience is needed. The instructor will provide instructions and demonstrations in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Cost: $6.00.

You can pre-register online at https://www.truro.ca/victoria-park-pool.html or just show up and pay at the pool.
