Join us for a relaxing morning of creativity and connection at Cafe Canvas! An experienced art instructor will guide participants through a step-by-step painting session, making it fun and accessible for all skill levels.

Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and iced coffee while you paint. We're also partnering with Nova Scotia Health, whose team will be on-site to share information about local mental health resources and provide free swag.

Whether you're looking to try something new, unwind, or connect with others, Cafe Canvas is a great way to spend your morning. No painting experience is required!
