Movie Nights in Victoria Park (rain location in effect - Douglas Street Recreation Centre - 40 Douglas Street)

Each summer, Truro Parks Recreation and Culture hosts mid-summer Movie Nights in Victoria Park. A popular attraction for locals and tourists alike, the movies are shown on a 20-foot screen at the park's J. Arch Fraser bandshell. Hundreds of people gather each year to take in classic, new and family-friendly movies while enjoying the fresh summer air. Movies start at dusk approx. 9:00 pm, bring your own chair. Rain location: Douglas St. Recreation Centre.

Friday, August 4th, 2023 - The Princess Bride
Friday, August 11th, 2023 - Home (rain location in effect - Douglas Street Recreation Centre - 40 Douglas Street)
