Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following:
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to correct typographical errors, formatting errors, and omissions. These amendments are not substantive in nature and are intended to ensure that the Town's Planning Documents clearly and effectively communicate Council Land use policies and regulations.
This public hearing will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than March 31, 2025.

Approval Notice
Take notice that, pursuant to section 19A of the Nova Scotia Heritage Property Act, the Town of Truro Heritage Conservation District Plan and By-Law was amended by Truro Town Council on February 12, 2024, and the amendment was approved by the Minister responsible for the Heritage Property Act on February 4, 2025.
The amendment is effective as of February 4, 2025, and it may be inspected at the Town of Truro Planning and Development Office, 695 Prince Office, 695 Prince Street, 2nd floor, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Public Information Session
Town Council is considering amendments to its Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law to correct typographical errors, formatting errors, and omissions. These amendments are non-substantive and aim to ensure the clarity and accuracy of the Town’s planning documents.
