Development Agreement Application by RM Architects Inc to permit a 5-storey, multi-unit, residential apartment building comprised of 64 residential units on lands of 201 Kaulback Street (PID No. 20475240).
This public hearing will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.

Deed Transfer Tax Bylaw
Pursuant to Section 168(2) of the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on April 7, 2025, Town Council gave first reading to a new Deed Transfer Tax Bylaw. The purpose of the bylaw is to increase the Town’s deed transfer tax rate from 1.0% to 1.5%.
Council proposes to consider this bylaw, and the second reading will occur on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street, Truro.
