Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, notice is hereby given that on March 2, 2026, Town Council approved the following application:
Development Agreement Application by Wallace Retirement Living to permit a multi-unit residential development comprised of four buildings, two 6-storey 50-55 unit buildings and two 4-storey 35-40 unit buildings on lands off Marshland Drive with access via Rexdale Drive and Ford Street. 46/48 Ford Street (PID No.20303103) and 22/38 Rexdale Drive (PID No. 20143459).

Take notice that Town Council will hold a public hearing to consider and, if deemed appropriate, approve the following development agreement application:

This public hearing will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of the Town Hall, 695 Prince Street.
At the public hearing, Council will consider oral and written representations from any interested persons. If you wish to make a formal presentation, please submit a written request to the undersigned no later than February 24, 2026.
