Truro’s By-Law Enforcement Officer enforces the Town’s By-Laws.

If you have a complaint or a concern with one of the Town’s By-Laws, please file a complaint.

A By-Law Officer will review the complaint or concern and will contact you for follow-up. Our objective is to respond within five business days. If a longer period of time has elapsed since the filing of a complaint, please contact Planning and Development Services to ensure the complaint has been properly received.
